Harvard ManageMentor: Stress Management

In this course, students will learn the difference between positive and negative stress, and discover a practical framework to understand stress and take effective action to manage it — both in the moment and for the long term. They will gain tactical tools to maintain focus, resilience, and well-being, and will have the opportunity to learn strategies and best practices from leading experts including Bronwen Fryer, Ellen Langer, Jordan Cohen, and Daniel Goleman.
