ADVANCED SELLING SKILLS FOR SALES MANAGERS: Participants will be trained and coached on how to develop and practice sales coaching skills for their sales team and medical representatives, including hands-on practice and one-on-one field coaching to enhance in-field selling capabilities.
TERRITORY MANAGEMENT & IN-FIELD COACHING SKILLS: Sales managers will learn how to effectively coach their team in the field to boost performance and achieve higher business results through focused in-field observation and development.
