This study was conducted to measure the impact of empowering leadership style on employee creativity, with employee trust in leadership examined as a mediating factor. The research focused on employees working in commercial banks within Ho Chi Minh City. The aim was to provide managerial implications to enhance employee creativity, improve job performance, and ultimately support the business growth of commercial banks. Survey data was collected through direct interviews with 200 staff members, specialists, and managers currently working at commercial banks in Ho Chi Minh City. SPSS software was used to perform linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that empowering leadership has a positive effect on employee creativity. Furthermore, employee trust in leadership plays a mediating role in the positive relationship between empowering leadership and employee creativity in commercial banks.
